Legal documents

The site publishes the legal documents governing the use of Orax. It's useful to read them before ordering services.

What's available (the /legal pages):

• The public offer — the terms of providing services.
• The privacy policy — how personal data is processed.
• The user agreement / terms of use.

Languages: the documents are available in uz/ru/en.

Consent at order time:

• Before placing your first service, the system asks you to accept the offer and consent to personal-data processing (a legal requirement). Without it you can't proceed to payment/order.
• The fact of consent is recorded (date and version). If the documents change substantially, re-consent may be required.

Company details:

• The site footer and documents show the operator's details (MyIT) — name, tax ID (STIR), website and contact email.

If you have questions about the terms — clarify them with support before ordering. Accepting the documents is a required step to start working with services.
