1. General provisions
This User Agreement is a public offer under Article 370 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and sets out how the digital, communication and hosting services of the my-it.uz platform are provided and used: virtual hosting, VDS/VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, the digital marketplace of templates and bots, the advertising platform, the customer-site showcase and the built-in AI assistant.
Acceptance occurs by registering on my-it.uz, starting to use the Platform, paying for services, or otherwise agreeing. From acceptance, the Agreement is concluded and legally binding.
The Platform is operated by «MYIT» xususiy korxona, registered under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the “Operator”). The Operator provides services only within the Platform’s functionality and is not obliged to give related consulting on programming, administration, hardware setup, site promotion or internet access.
Use of the Platform is allowed only with the User’s full and unconditional agreement to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. Disagreement means services cannot be provided.
2. Definitions
Platform — the set of technical, software and information solutions at https://my-it.uz (services, interfaces, subdomains, API). Operator — «MYIT» xususiy korxona. User (Client) — an individual, legal entity or sole proprietor who has registered, paid for services or uses the Platform.
Services — paid and free services provided via the Platform: virtual hosting; VDS/VPS and dedicated server rental; domain registration; the digital marketplace (templates and bots); the advertising platform; the customer-site showcase; the built-in AI assistant; monitoring and auto-deploy.
Account — a profile accessed via the MyIT service (single sign-on, with no separate password on the Platform). Tariff — the price of a service for a given period/volume. Control panel — the interface for managing services. Content — materials posted by the User. Privacy Policy — an integral part of the Agreement. Other terms are interpreted under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Platform services
Hosting, VDS/VPS and server rental: hosting web resources and databases, virtual hosting with a panel, configurable VDS/VPS, dedicated servers (incl. the EU). The Operator may limit resource use on violations or if platform stability is affected.
Domains: registration, renewal and management (including .UZ). The User is responsible for data accuracy; domain data may be published in public services (WHOIS/RDAP). Unauthorized bulk messaging (spam) is prohibited.
Marketplace, customer-site showcase and advertising: the User is responsible for posted content, moderators may remove violating materials. The Operator does not review every marketplace or showcase listing, but may remove materials breaking the law or rights and may refuse advertising.
All services (unless stated otherwise) are prepaid. The Operator may limit, suspend or terminate services on violations, complaints, unlawful/harmful activity or excessive load. The Operator does not guarantee compatibility except where stated in the tariff; paid services may use third-party processing solutions (liability rests with the relevant partners).
4. Registration and account management
Access to the Platform and registration are performed solely via the MyIT single sign-on service (no separate password is stored on the Platform). The first sign-in via MyIT means agreement to the Agreement and the Privacy Policy. The User is responsible for the security of their MyIT account and for all actions performed through the account.
If unauthorized access is suspected, the User must immediately notify the Operator; sign-in protection is handled on the MyIT side. The Operator may request data confirmation (including ID documents), suspend access, refuse service for false data, or delete the Account.
One MyIT identity corresponds to one Account; sharing Account access with third parties is prohibited; actions via the Account are deemed the User’s. The Operator is not liable for third-party use of the Account caused by the User. After 6+ months of inactivity the Operator may, with notice, suspend/delete the Account. The User may delete the Account at any time via support (may be irreversible).
5. Payment terms and tariffs
Services are provided on full or partial prepayment. The settlement currency is the US dollar (USD); prices in other currencies, including Uzbek soum, are shown for reference at the current rate. Payment is deemed made when funds reach the Operator’s account or a partner payment system.
The User tracks tariff changes; continued use after changes take effect is acceptance of the new terms. Paid services are activated only after confirmed payment. The Operator is not liable for payment-gateway/bank failures; all fees are paid by the User. The Operator may change tariffs with at least 5 calendar days’ notice.
Refunds are made only where the Operator’s fault in failing to provide Services is documented, within the unused period amount, less technical and administrative costs. On block/deletion for a violation the balance may not be refunded. Invoices and other documents are provided digitally or on request, per Uzbek tax law.
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
User’s obligations: provide and update accurate data; pay for services on time; comply with the Agreement and Uzbek law; not use resources for prohibited purposes (prohibited information, DDoS/hacking/fraud/spam, infringing third-party rights); safeguard logins/passwords/API keys; perform their own backups; follow technical requirements and copyright.
User’s rights: use the Services per the tariff; receive technical support; contact support; opt out of the Services once obligations are met; demand error fixes and access restoration.
Operator’s obligations: keep Services available and infrastructure stable within capability/SLA; keep data confidential; inform about changes to terms/prices and about maintenance/incident work. Operator’s rights: change the scope/price/terms of Services; suspend/limit access for maintenance, violations or security threats; refuse on reasonable suspicion; block/delete the Account; set resource limits.
7. Restrictions and prohibited actions
Prohibited: breaking the law (extremist materials, violence/pornography/discrimination, calls to unlawful acts, defamation/threats); unauthorized access (hacking, scanning, password brute-forcing, excessive server load, proxies/anonymizers/doorways/search spam).
Prohibited: spam (bulk messaging without recipient consent; listing contacts hosted on my-it.uz); copyright infringement; viruses/malware; data falsification (headers, IP); fraud schemes (pyramids, phishing, fake stores); prohibited content (erotica/pornography, defamatory, others’ personal data); traffic manipulation (bots, click-fraud); crypto-miners/uncontrolled processes.
On violation the Operator may, without prior notice, suspend services, limit access, delete the Account and offset funds against costs. On systematic or gross violations the Operator may refuse service, block access and add data to a register of bad-faith clients. The User is fully liable for third parties who gained access through the User’s fault.
8. Liability of the parties
The User is liable for: data accuracy; compliance with the Agreement and law; safekeeping of login/password; posted content; third-party actions via the Account; timely payment; caused damages. On violations the User compensates the Operator for all losses (server/communication downtime, support work, legal costs). The User is also responsible for other countries’ laws where their activity affects users outside Uzbekistan.
The Operator runs the Platform within its capability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Operator is not liable for: outages from incidents/maintenance/DDoS/viruses; external systems (payment gateways/email/telecom/API); the User’s internet quality; data loss without an active backup service; failure to reach a commercial result. The Operator’s maximum liability does not exceed the amount of paid but undelivered services for the last reporting period.
Force majeure: the parties are released from liability for non-performance due to force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, wars, communication blockages, power outages); the other party must be notified in writing immediately.
9. Account blocking and deletion
The Operator may temporarily limit or suspend Account access: on breach of the Agreement; on threats to Platform/user security; on government requests or third-party complaints; on inaccurate data; on attempts to bypass limits. Blocking may be full or partial; in critical cases notice is not required. Access may be restored after violations are fixed (sometimes subject to compensation).
The Account is deleted irreversibly: at the User’s initiative; on systematic/gross violations; after blocking more than twice in 12 months; after 12 months of inactivity; after 6+ months without payment/access; on demand of authorized bodies. Deletion means loss of access to all Services and inability to restore data. On Operator-initiated deletion for a violation the balance is not refunded; on voluntary deletion without violations the balance may be refunded with identity confirmation and a written request within 14 days (refund costs are the User’s).
10. Technical support
Support is provided through the built-in MyIT help service (live chat and tickets), as well as the personal cabinet and e-mail hello@orax.uz; tickets and correspondence are handled on the MyIT side. A request must include identification (login/email/ID), a problem description and, if possible, screenshots/logs. Requests are handled within 48 business hours (except force majeure). The Operator may refuse requests lacking identification or using improper/unethical wording.
Support does not provide: consulting on programming, layout, design, SEO; help with third-party software/scripts; support for external domains/servers not hosted on my-it.uz. The User interacts respectfully and follows recommendations. In complex cases the Operator may offer additional paid services by agreement.
11. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction
All disputes are first resolved by negotiation and official correspondence. Failing agreement, the concerned party sends a written claim; it is reviewed within 15 business days. If not settled pre-trial, the dispute is heard by Uzbek courts at the Operator’s place of registration. The relationship is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
12. Final provisions
The Agreement takes effect on acceptance and lasts until terminated by a party or the Account is deleted. The current version is freely available on my-it.uz; the User tracks changes themselves. The Operator may unilaterally amend it without prior notice if this does not worsen the position for already-paid Services; changes take effect on publication. Continued use means acceptance of the new version.
The Agreement is legally valid in electronic form. In case of conflict between translations, the Russian version prevails. All documents related to the Platform (Privacy Policy, tariffs, offers for individual Services) are an integral part of the Agreement. Invalidity of one provision does not affect the others.
