Orax 1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy defines how personal data of users of my-it.uz and all related services is processed and protected. By using the site, the user confirms their consent to this Policy. If the user disagrees, they must stop using the site.
Acceptance of this Policy is the payment for the Operator’s services.
2. Data operator
The personal data operator is «MYIT» xususiy korxona, registered under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Operator, independently or with third parties, collects, organizes, stores, updates, uses and deletes personal data within this Policy.
3. Applicable law
The Operator processes personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 02.07.2019, and international standards applicable to cross-border data transfer.
4. Scope
The Policy covers all personal data the Operator receives from users of my-it.uz while using: shared hosting, reseller plans, VDS/VPS, dedicated server rental, domain registration, the digital marketplace of templates and bots, the advertising platform, the customer-site showcase and the built-in AI assistant.
5. Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed in order to:
— provide services; conclude and perform contracts; register the account and authenticate;
— provide access to the platform; run customer support; send notifications and mailings;
— marketing and analytics; ensure service security and protect the Operator’s legitimate interests.
6. Data sources
Personal data is provided directly by the user when registering, ordering, taking part in discussions, sending requests and filling in forms. Data is also collected automatically via cookies, analytics scripts, logs and technical journals.
When the user authorizes via the MyIT single sign-on service, identification data (name, e-mail, phone, country) is received from the MyIT operator.
7. Categories of data
The Operator may process the following categories:
— full name; email address; phone number; IP address, device and browser data;
— logins and passwords (hashed); payment data (without storing card numbers);
— information in messages, support requests, marketplace and showcase listings and user content.
8. Legal basis
Processing is based on: the user’s voluntary consent; performance of the user agreement and contracts; the Operator’s legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement); and the requirements of Uzbek law.
9. Cookies and analytics
The my-it.uz site uses cookies to simplify login, remember preferences, run marketing analysis and improve quality. External web-analytics tools (e.g. Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics) are also used. The user can change cookie settings in their browser.
10. Automated processing and profiling
Automated processing, including profiling, may be used to improve the user experience and deliver personalized content.
11. Sharing with third parties
The Operator may share personal data with third parties only for the purposes set out in this Policy and where confidentiality agreements are in place.
Data may be shared with the following categories of recipients: the MyIT identification operator (for authorization); domain registries and the public WHOIS/RDAP services per ICANN/registry rules; payment systems (to process payments); and authorized government bodies upon lawful request.
12. Cross-border transfer
The Operator may transfer personal data across borders where the receiving country provides legal protection or with the user’s consent.
13. Data protection
The Operator implements organizational and technical protection measures: encryption, access control, audit, antivirus, IDS/IPS and backups.
14. Rights of the data subject
The user has the right to: request information, ask for correction, deletion or blocking, restrict processing and withdraw consent.
15. Processing in specific services
— Hosting, VDS/VPS and dedicated servers — domain, IP and activity data; Domains — administrator data published in WHOIS/RDAP;
— Marketplace — orders, templates and bots; Showcase and advertising — posted content and materials; AI assistant — processed project files and the action log.
16. Retention and deletion
Personal data is kept until the account is deleted plus 5 years. Anonymized data is kept indefinitely. Deletion is performed upon written request.
17. Minors
The site is intended for adult users (18+). If we determine that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may restrict access to it and delete the related data in accordance with our personal-data processing policy.
18. Limitation of liability
The Operator is not liable for leaks caused by third parties’ actions or the user’s own negligence.
