Uptime monitors

An uptime monitor checks that your site opens and notifies you immediately if it goes down — you learn about a problem before your customers.
How to set it:
- Open the “Monitoring” section → “Add monitor”.
- Enter the site or service address (URL).
- The system regularly checks availability and records the response.
What you see:
- Current status (up/down) and check history.
- Uptime over a period (percentage of time the site worked).
- Response time.
Notifications: when it goes down, an alert is sent over your channels (cabinet, e-mail, Telegram, push) — configure channels in the notifications section. When the site comes back, a recovery message is sent.
Tips:
- Monitor not just the homepage but important pages too (checkout, login).
- React to rising response time — it's an early sign of trouble.
A public availability summary can be shown to customers on a status page (see the separate article).
