Transaction history

Every wallet movement is visible in the transaction history — a transparent, append-only ledger.
Where to look: the “Wallet” section → operation history. Each service also has its own charge history on its page.
Operation types:
- Top-up — credited after a payment.
- Charge — paying an order, a renewal, a tariff change.
- Bonus/cashback — credited to the bonus pool.
- Refund — e.g. on a downgrade or termination.
- Adjustment — a manual change by an administrator (with a reason).
What's shown: type, amount (in your currency), description, date and the balance after the operation. Real money and bonuses are tracked separately.
The ledger is only appended to and never edited retroactively — so the balance always reconciles. If you have a question about an entry, give support its date and amount.
