How to top up your wallet

Every Orax service is paid from your internal USD wallet. Top it up first, then order hosting and domains and renew services in one click.

How to top up:

1. Open the “Wallet” section.
2. Enter the amount.
3. Choose a payment method: Payme, Click, Uzum, Xazna, OSON, Paynet, WebMoney or a bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Uzcard, Humo).
4. Confirm the payment — after a successful charge the funds are credited to your balance instantly.

Key points:

• The wallet is always in USD. You see amounts in your own currency (e.g. so'm), but charges are in dollars at the current rate.
• Besides the main balance there is a non-withdrawable bonus balance (rewards, cashback). By default it is spent first, but the wallet settings let you choose the opposite: real money first, bonuses accumulating.
• Payments don't double-charge: even if the gateway sends a confirmation twice, your balance is credited once.

If money was charged but the balance didn't update within a few minutes, message support with the amount and time of the payment.
