Terminating a service

Termination fully deletes the service from the server — it's irreversible, so it only fits when the project is closed and the data is no longer needed.

How to terminate: service → “Settings” → “Terminate”.

What to know:

• The panel account is deleted: files, databases and mail are wiped with no recovery.
• If time remains in the paid period, its value is refunded to your bonus balance (for the unused remainder).
• The action is protected by a one-time confirmation code (sent to Telegram or e-mail) so a service can't be deleted by accident or by someone else.

Before terminating:

• Download a backup (files + DB dump) if the data might be needed.
• Make sure the domain/mail are no longer in use.

If you just want to switch the site off temporarily without losing data, use “Freeze”, not termination.
