SSH keys

SSH keys let you connect to your account from your computer securely without a password — handy for development, deploys and Git.
Where to set it: service → “SSH keys” section.
How to add:
- Generate a key pair on your computer (ssh-keygen) if you don't have one.
- Copy the public key (contents of the id_*.pub file).
- Paste it in the “SSH keys” section and save.
After that you can connect over SSH and use scp/rsync and private git repositories.
Security:
- Never share the private key — only the public part is added to the server.
- Remove keys you no longer use.
- You can also add keys for external servers connected to Orax.
This works for both hosting accounts and external VDS you manage through Orax.
