Sharing access (collaborators)

If several people work on a site (developer, content manager), you don't have to give them the password — you can share access to the service via an invite.

How to share:

1. Open the service → “Share access”.
2. Choose a role: view or manage.
3. Get an invite link and send it to the person.
4. They accept it with their own Orax account — and the service appears in their cabinet.

Roles:

• View — can see the service and data but not change important settings.
• Manage — can work with the panel and settings.

Control: you see who has access and can revoke it any time. Safer than sharing a single password: access is named and revoked in one click.

To hand the whole project to another customer there's a separate “Transfer to client” feature (changes the owner and billing).
