Service statuses

Every service has a status — it shows whether it's working and what's happening with it.

Main statuses:

• Active — the service works, the site is available. Watch the expiry date.
• Provisioning — the order is paid, the account is being set up on the server (usually minutes).
• Suspended (frozen) — temporarily off: the site doesn't open, but files and databases are kept. Causes: expiry without payment, or a manual freeze.
• Terminated — the account is deleted from the server. This is irreversible.

How statuses change:

• Payment/renewal returns the service to “Active”.
• After expiry (plus a grace period) an active service moves to “Suspended”.
• A long-unpaid suspended service is eventually terminated.

Where to look: on the dashboard and the “Services” page (with filters by status and expiry). The border color and label show what needs attention.
