Service balance: money set aside for one order

A service balance is money set aside for one particular order. It sits apart from the shared wallet and is spent on that order alone.

Why it exists

The shared wallet serves every service, and its money goes to whatever falls due first. If you want one particular site paid ahead and independent of the rest, set the money aside on it directly.

Exactly as it worked on cores.uz: an order has its own account and lives on it.

How to set money aside

  1. Open the service → Settings → the "Service balance" block.
  2. Enter an amount and press "Top up the service" — the money moves from the wallet onto the order.
  3. It can be moved back to the wallet at any time with the button beside it, in full or in part.

What it changes

  • The service renews itself from this money — even with auto-renewal off. Setting money aside on an order IS the instruction to spend it.
  • While the earmark covers the next period, no expiry reminders are sent and the order is not highlighted as urgent in the services list: it carries a "renews itself" mark.
  • A charge spends the service balance first and only then the shared wallet.

Worth knowing

  • The money does not go anywhere: it is yours and comes back to the wallet on a click.
  • Bonuses and real money sit on the order separately and each returns to its own pocket. A bonus earmarked on a service comes back as a bonus — it cannot be turned into withdrawable cash.
  • You may set aside more than one period costs: the order will then renew several times over.
  • A partial amount is not enough. If less than the renewal price is set aside, the service counts as uncovered and is reminded about as usual.

Tip

Set aside two or three periods' worth on an important site. It will then keep renewing itself, and the shared wallet stays for everything else.
