Reviews and ratings help other customers choose Orax, and help us improve. An active customer can leave a review.

How to leave one:

1. Open the “Reviews” page.
2. Give a rating (stars) and write a short text about your experience.
3. Submit — the review goes to moderation.

What to consider:

• One review per customer (you can update it later per the rules).
• Reviews are moderated; the team may reply to yours.
• Approved reviews are shown on the public page and form the overall rating (with a star summary).

How to write a useful review:

• Specifics: what you liked, what could be improved, what project you use it for.
• No personal data or rudeness.

Reviews influence new users' trust and are shown with markup for search engines (rich snippets), so honest feedback is valuable and visible.
