Orax Payment methods

There are two ways to put money into your Orax wallet: from your bank's app using your account number, or on the site itself. Services are then paid from the wallet.
By account number from a payment app
The shortest route. Open Payme, Click or another payment app, find Orax and enter your account number — any amount, at any time.
The number is shown on the Wallet page right under the balance, with a copy button next to it. It is permanent and never changes.
On the site
- Open Wallet and enter an amount.
- Choose a payment method.
- Confirm the payment on the provider's page.
- The money is credited automatically, usually within seconds.
What you can pay with
- Payme — Uzcard and Humo cards.
- Click — card or the Click app.
- Uzum — payment through Uzum.
- Xazna — payment through Xazna.
- OSON — payment through OSON.
- Paynet — payment through Paynet.
- WebMoney (WMZ) — electronic wallet.
- Bank card — Visa, Mastercard, Uzcard and Humo on the bank's secure form.
The list can differ: which methods are shown is an administrator's choice.
The wallet is kept in dollars
Prices and the balance are shown in your currency, but everything is stored and charged in US dollars. A top-up is converted at the rate current at the moment of payment, and the Wallet page states in advance exactly how many dollars will land on the balance.
Cashback
Every top-up earns cashback into the bonus balance. Bonuses pay for services but cannot be withdrawn.
When the wallet is short for an order
The order page has a "Pay by card" button. The system works out the shortfall, tops up exactly that much and pays the order itself once the money arrives. You do not have to come back and press pay a second time.
Security
Orax neither stores nor sees your card details — the payment provider takes them on its own side.
Repeated confirmations from a provider never credit twice: every payment is counted exactly once.
If the money does not arrive
Wait a few minutes; a bank's confirmation is sometimes delayed. If the balance still has not changed, keep the receipt or transaction number and write to support — the payment can be found and credited by that number.
