Control-panel licences

A control-panel licence can be bought from us on its own — and installed on any server, including one that is not ours.

What is on sale

• ISPmanager Lite, Pro and Host — the hosting control panel, in three tiers by number of sites and features.
• CloudLinux — account isolation (CageFS) and LVE resource limits, protection from noisy neighbours on a shared server.

How a licence differs from an add-on

The rule is simple: if a thing only works on our server, it is an add-on to a service. If it works anywhere, it is a product of its own.

A licence works anywhere, so it is bought by itself, like hosting or a domain, and does not require you to have any service with us at all.

How to order

1. Choose the licence and a billing period in the store.
2. At checkout give the IP address of the server it will run on. This is required: a licence is bound to one address.
3. Pay from your wallet.
4. The licence is issued by hand and the key is sent to you. It is stored encrypted and shown to you on the service page.

Worth knowing

• The licence is bound to an IP. Change the server and the binding has to be reissued — write to support.
• The key is issued once. We do not connect to your server and configure nothing on it — installation is on your side.
• An unpaid licence is revoked: the panel stops working, so watch the date exactly as you would for hosting.

If you already have a server but no panel, this is the shortest route: no migration, no new hosting, just a key.
