Organizations (teams)

Organizations are team accounts: handy when several people work on services (an agency, a company, a project team).

What it gives:

• A shared context for the team and collaborative work on services.
• Members with access to the organization's relevant resources.

How to start:

1. Open the “Organizations” section and create an organization.
2. Add members.
3. Work on services in a team context.

How it differs from “share access”:

• “Share access” hands a specific service to an individual user (view/manage).
• An organization is a team layer above individual services, convenient for ongoing collaboration.

Tips:

• Give members exactly the access they need.
• Review the team regularly and remove those no longer working on the project.
• To hand a project to another owner there's a separate “Transfer to client” feature (changes owner and billing).

This keeps teamwork organized and controlled.
