Ordering a VPS
A VPS or VDS is ordered in the store just like hosting, but it is delivered differently — not instantly.
How to order
- Open the Store → choose VPS/VDS.
- Pick the configuration (vCPU, memory, disk) and the billing period.
- At checkout you can say which stack to install for you (panel, web server, database). The field is optional: leaving it empty means you will install it yourself.
- Pay the order from your wallet.
What happens next
A person, not a robot, prepares the machine for your order: the server is taken from a supplier and set up by hand. We promise to do it within 24 hours and send a notice once the server is ready.
With that notice come the address, the login and the password, and the server appears under My servers — the password is read there on a button, and is not kept in the open on the page.
So ordering a VPS is unlike ordering hosting, where the account is created in minutes.
What to weigh up
- vCPU and memory — against the load you expect.
- Disk — for files, databases and logs.
- Period — the longer it is, the better the price.
- Dedicated servers are sold separately, on the Dedicated servers page: that is a live supplier auction, where prices and stock move.
About renewal
Servers are renewed one period at a time, and an unpaid server is deleted on its expiry day — without the two-week grace that hosting gets. Watch the date and keep the money on the balance in advance.
Unsure about the size — take the smaller one and move up when you hit the ceiling.
