Ordering your first service

Launching your first site on Orax takes a few minutes. Hosting is created automatically on our server — you don't configure anything by hand.

Steps:

1. Open the “Store” and pick a service type (shared hosting, VPS/VDS or a dedicated server).
2. Choose a plan and a billing period (from an hour to 2 years — the longer, the cheaper).
3. Add it to the cart. No domain yet? Get a free starter subdomain or order a domain separately.
4. Go to checkout and pay the order from your wallet.
5. After payment the service is created automatically (status “Provisioning” → “Active”) and you receive panel credentials.

What's next:

• Open the service and use the file manager, databases, mail, SSL, cron and the web terminal.
• A free SSL certificate is issued automatically, so the site works over HTTPS right away.

If provisioning is delayed, check your balance and the order status under “Orders”; support can re-run provisioning if needed.
