Notification channels

Orax notifies you of important events over several channels so you don't miss anything.

Channels:

• In the cabinet — the notifications feed (the bell).
• E-mail — to your mailbox.
• Telegram — if you've linked our bot (see the linking article).
• Push — to your mobile device (via the app).

What notifications cover:

• Billing: an upcoming renewal, a failed auto-renew, a payment.
• Services: creation, suspension, termination.
• Monitoring: a site or server going down/recovering.
• Security, payouts, promotions and other events.

How it works:

• Notifications are sent through a single mechanism and aren't duplicated: one event won't arrive several times over the same channel.
• Each channel can be turned on/off to your liking in notification settings.

Tip: keep at least the critical notifications on (billing, security, outages) so you can react in time. Fine-tuning is in the notification-preferences article.
