Managing a VPS

A VPS/VDS is managed from the Orax cabinet, and for full control — over SSH.

What's available:

• Basic actions and server-state monitoring.
• SSH access (add your SSH key for secure passwordless login).
• An infrastructure copilot that inspects the server and helps with common tasks/alerts.
• One-phrase AI deploy: describe what you want to deploy in words — the system detects the stack and installs it on the server.

Typical admin tasks:

• Installing a web server, DB and dependencies.
• Configuring a domain and SSL.
• Updating packages and basic security (firewall, keys instead of passwords).

Important: on a VPS you're responsible for the environment and updates (unlike managed hosting). Need help? Use the copilot, AI deploy or contact support.
