Loyalty tiers & cashback

The loyalty program rewards you for staying with Orax: the longer you're a customer, the higher your tier and the more cashback.

How it works:

• Your tier is determined by tenure (from your registration date) — it grows automatically, no applications.
• Each tier has its own cashback percentage on spending.
• Cashback is credited to your wallet's bonus balance and goes toward paying for services.

Where to look: the “Loyalty” section — your current tier, progress to the next, and your cashback percentage.

Key points:

• Cashback is earned on real money spent on services; there's no cashback on the bonus portion (so bonuses don't multiply).
• Credits go through the wallet's transparent ledger — every amount is visible in the history.
• The bonus balance isn't withdrawable, but you can fully pay for orders and renewals with it.

Just use the services — your tier and cashback grow on their own.
