Viewing logs

Logs are records of your site's activity. They're the easiest way to understand why a site returns an error or misbehaves.
Where to look: service → “Logs” section. Access and error logs for your domains are available.
What to look for:
- Error log — entries about fatal PHP errors, database issues, permissions. Most useful for a “white screen” or 500 error.
- Access log — who requested which pages and the response codes (200, 404, 500).
How to read: look at the last lines — the error is usually recent. An entry shows the time, type and often the file/line where the problem occurred.
Helpful: Orax has a proactive AI log watch (opt-in, on your own key) — once a day it looks for an error spike and sends an insight with a suggested fix. And the built-in AI agent in the file manager can fix the offending line on request.
