Linking Telegram

Linking Telegram lets you get Orax notifications right in the messenger — fast and convenient.

How to link:

1. Open notification settings (or the security/profile section).
2. Find the Telegram link and follow the instructions: usually you open our bot and confirm the link.
3. Once linked, the selected notifications start arriving in Telegram.

What it gives you:

• Instant alerts about billing, site/server outages, security.
• Telegram is also used as the channel for one-time confirmation codes (OTP) for especially important actions — e.g. terminating a service or “Go Live”.

FAQ:

• No messages arriving — check you haven't stopped the bot (/start) and the link is active.
• Want less noise — turn off some channels/types in notification settings.

If Telegram isn't linked, important OTP codes go to e-mail (the fallback channel). Linking Telegram makes confirmations faster and more convenient.
