Changing language and currency

The Orax cabinet is fully trilingual: Uzbek, Russian and English. The language switches at any time from the top bar or the settings, and the choice is kept in your profile.

Display currency

Every amount is shown in the currency you choose — soum, dollar, euro, rouble. The switch is in the cabinet header.

Billing, meanwhile, is always in dollars: plans are priced in dollars and the wallet is in dollars. Other currencies are display only.

At what rate

We set the conversion rate ourselves, and it is above the exchange rate. It carries a margin covering currency swings and exchange fees — the same thing a bank does when it sells you currency.

There is no reason to hide that: the rate in force is written in the cabinet as a "1 USD = …" line, next to prices and in the top-up form. Before paying you always see exactly how many dollars will land on the balance.

Why billing is in dollars

We buy servers and licences in foreign currency. The dollar holds prices still when the rate jumps — otherwise the price tag would move every week.

On first login

The currency is picked from your country: soum for Uzbekistan. One click changes it, and the cabinet, notifications and emails immediately show amounts in the new one.
