Connecting an external server

Through Orax you can manage not only hosting with us but also any of your external servers (a VDS/VPS at another provider) — over SSH, from one cabinet.

How to connect:

1. Open the “My servers” section → “Add server”.
2. Enter the address (IP/domain) and SSH access (login and password or SSH key).
3. Save — the system checks the connection.

What it gives you:

• Server inspection: state, resources, services — in one place.
• A web terminal and common actions without a separate SSH client.
• The infrastructure copilot and background watch with alerts.
• One-phrase AI deploy to this server.

Security:

• Credentials are stored encrypted.
• We recommend connecting by SSH key rather than password.
• Remove a server from the list if you no longer manage it.

This way Orax becomes a single console for all your servers — both ours and external.
