Changing your plan

You can change a service's plan any time: upgrade, downgrade or switch the billing period.

How: open the service → “Settings” → “Change tariff” → pick a new plan → “Apply”.

How the money is calculated:

• Within the same period (e.g. month→month): an upgrade charges the difference prorated to the remaining term; a downgrade refunds the difference to your bonus balance. The expiry date stays the same.
• A period change (e.g. day↔month): no charge or refund — the unused value of the current period is converted into days of the new plan and the expiry date is recalculated.

Important: the change is “panel-first”. The new plan is applied to your server account first. If the panel refuses (e.g. the account currently uses more than the new plan allows — more databases, Node.js/Python sites), the change is aborted, nothing is charged, and the plan stays the same. This protects your site from breaking on a downgrade.

If the plan you want isn't listed, it's either off-sale or a different service type (hosting can't switch to a VPS).
