Bonus balance

Besides the main USD wallet you have a bonus balance — a separate “pocket” for rewards.

Where bonuses come from:

• Cashback and promotions.
• Rewards for videos and other activities.
• Refunds on a downgrade or early termination (for the unused period).

How they're spent:

• By default bonuses are used first when paying, and only then real money. The wallet settings let you switch that around: spend real money first and let bonuses build up.
• Bonuses can't be withdrawn or transferred — they're a means of payment inside Orax only.
• The bonus portion doesn't earn loyalty cashback (that's counted on real money only).

Lifetime: the bonus pool has an expiry. If unused for a long time it burns out; a reminder arrives a few days before. Each new credit extends the whole pool's life.

Tip: use bonuses first — for payment or renewal — so they don't expire.
